Service to Others

You have options for supporting your selected charity through different avenues. You can either purchase items and personally deliver them, or you can specify the nonprofit or charity as the shipping recipient, and we'll send the items directly to them on your behalf, whether in your name or anonymously. If you require any particular instructions, kindly inform us using the "Add order note" section under the Order Summary on the Your Cart page.

What kits should I donate?

To assist you or your foundation, company, or non-profit in your donation projects and selecting which products are the best fit for a women's shelter or individuals experiencing homelessness, consider dropping us a line with your concerns via our contact page. We will work with you to provide the best match for your cause. We can even tailor a specific kit based on your donation needs.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it; we change our minds, too! While we wish we could, once an
order is placed, we cannot alter or cancel it now. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the product(s) not work out, exchange for a preferred product or return for a refund. Refunds will be approved if the product is in new, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days of the invoice date. While we don’t charge a restocking fee, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you, too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Next-day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Please refer your inquiries to our shipping policy page for more shipping information.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Items must be replaced in the same condition they were acquired, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within ten business days of receiving the product(s). You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method if your refund is approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
