Estimated Shipping Times for Ground Deliveries
Most products are in our warehouse and ready to go out within one business day. Although we do our best to ship all orders out within this time frame, we may not be able to do so during busy times or if there is a supply issue with the items on your order. If you need a product by a specific date, indicate the date in a reply email to your order confirmation email. We will let you know immediately if there are any problems in meeting your required date.
Once the product leaves our warehouse, the time it takes to reach you depends on your location. If you need your order more quickly, you may select Second Day or Next Day in your shopping cart (availability dependent on your location). These options guarantee that, as long as the items you're ordering are in stock, the order will be prioritized in our system and arrive by the end of the following business day (Next Day) or the end of the second business day (Second Day). These options are not available for standard carrier orders.
These orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. PST to ship the same day and are only available for delivery on business days (Monday through Friday). For orders shipping directly from the manufacturer, shipping cutoff times may vary.
Next & Second Day orders received after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
To maximize the products we can offer you, some items on our website are generally not stocked in our warehouses. These items may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or brought into our warehouse with our next stock order from the manufacturer and then shipped to you. Next-day or second-day shipping availability and cutoff times may vary on these items.
Local Deliveries.
Shipping Policy: Local Deliveries (Within 20 Miles Radius)
We are delighted to offer local deliveries within a 20-mile radius to ensure a convenient and swift shopping experience for our valued customers. Please review the following shipping policy details:
- Delivery Area: We currently provide local deliveries to addresses within a 20-mile radius of our store. To check if your location is within our delivery zone, please enter your address during checkout.
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders eligible for local delivery will be processed promptly. Expect your items to arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and traffic conditions.
- Delivery Charges: We offer free local delivery for orders exceeding $200.00. All others will be mailed to you via USPS.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries will be made during our regular business hours. Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we do not offer weekend deliveries at this time.
Exceptions: If it is an emergency and within our social justice service guidelines in favor of our commitment to community service, email us your concerns and needs, and we might make an exception from our weekend delivery policy guidelines.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
- Delivery Confirmation: Our delivery team will notify you upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. In the event of absence, the delivery will be left in a secure location, and a notification will be sent.
- Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for information on returns and exchanges related to local deliveries.
